How does it work?

How does it work? We have tried to make the process as easy as possible for our customers to use. We anticipate that there may be changes down the line as we settle in and figure out what works best for us, our customers and the environment so your feedback will be really valuable to us.

This map is a rough guide to our delivery area, although we also deliver to Newport, Torfaen and Caerleon. If you are unsure as to whether we can deliver to you please do get in touch and we will accommodate where possible.

Step 1: Choose your products on our website and let us know if you would prefer delivery or collection.  If you do choose collection, please make sure you select collection instead of delivery on the checkout page.  Don't forget to add the £5 bottle deposit to your first order to cover the bottles.  If you decide not to reorder you will be refunded this when the bottles are returned.  The minimum order for delivery is £15.  Orders made before midnight on a Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday or Wednesday.  Orders after midnight on Sunday will go out the week after.

Step 2: If you have chosen the delivery option, like a milkman we deliver them to your doorstep. We will let you know when to expect the delivery as we plan to group deliveries based on geographical location to reduce travel time and thus our carbon footprint.  Deliveries will generally happen on a Tuesday/Wednesday and we will confirm the day with you when you order. You do not have to be at home for this delivery providing that you let us know where to leave your order.  You may consider leaving a box for us to pop your items in to keep them safe and dry. If you have chosen to collect from us you can do this from our market stall or email us and we will do our best to find the most convenient option for you.

Step 3. If this is your first order, we will deliver your order on the arranged date to your doorstep. When you decide to reorder, we will bring your new order and collect any empty bottles you no longer need. Please leave your clean bottles somewhere that we can easily collect them.

When you order on the website we will not take payment until we have confirmed that we can fulfill your order so it make take a few hours to appear as a transaction on your statement.

If you have a group of friends who will be ordering or know there are a few people on your street or in your village or your work place, why not group your orders together.  You can order separately but we can deliver to either one address or a community collection point near to you. Not only will this mean no delivery charge for you but it will also make a huge difference to our carbon footprint!

Our Community Collection Points are currently Bean & Bread, Abergavenny, The Towpath Inn, Gilwern,  Artie Craftie/Blaenavon Post Office, The Little Blue Elephant Cafe, Ewyas Harold, The Bee Shop, Monmouth and Abbey Equine Clinic, Llanellen, Le Pub, Newport, Cwmbran Stadium, Pontypool Leisure Centre, Talybont on Usk Stores and Abergavenny Market on a Tuesday, The Beaufort arms in Raglan and Sprokwobbles Café/deli in Usk, Brecon Farm Shop Deli & Cafe in Brecon.
